What is a key document?
A key document is any document you intend to track. Documents in this category maybe licenses, permits, insurances or qualifications.
Who do you mean by "contact"?
A contact can be any person or company that your company needs to ensure has valid licenses, qualifications, insurances or permits. Example of contacts are employees, sub-contractors or suppliers.
What happens if a contact fails to upload their key document?
If a contact fails to upload the required key document, such contact will be notified depending on your customized notification settings. Every notification will be recorded. At your own end, you will receive a weekly report of defaulters. That is, contacts who have not uploaded their key documents.
Can I customize the notification emails?
Yes! Notification emails are yours to completely customize. The flexibility of the notification settings allows you to determine the number and frequency of emails to send.
What if I have an idea for a feature?
Please let us know! DocKeeper is currently in beta mode, meaning we are always looking for ways to improve our system.
Can DocKeeper integrate with my current systems?
Maybe. DocKeeper is still under development. If we can’t easily integrate with your system we can come up with a quote for custom development work.
Is DocKeeper secure?
Security is DocKeepers number one priority. Dockeeper is built using industry standard best pratices. All data is stored physcially on servers on the Gold Coast in Australia.
